Marketing Trainee

Are you ready to jumpstart your marketing career with hands-on experience and expert guidance? As a Marketing Trainee at JT International, you will embark on an exciting journey through three intradepartmental rotations, each lasting four months.

Gain comprehensive insights and practical skills in digital marketing, brand strategy, and data analytics. Your development will be closely supported by our senior marketing professionals.

What will you do:

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, manage digital assets, support content updates, and ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Support the implementation and coordination of communication platforms for events, plan materials, set KPIs, and collaborate with the sales department.
  • Assist in the implementation of brand strategies, monitor brand performance, track budgets, and coordinate the development of POS materials.

 

What would you need to be successful in this role:

  • Results-driven, proactive, and possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and create enthusiasm for tasks and initiatives and to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or soon graduation (summer/autumn 2025). This programme is for fresh graduates with less then  1-2 years of experience.
  • Fluency in Czech and/or Slovak, good command of English
  • Digital proficiency, e.g. MS Office
