Position Purpose:

 

Regional Field Marketing Manager will lead Field Marketing team to deliver bottom line business objectives in the assigned region. S/he will ensure proper program process and measurement to achieve effectiveness and efficiency. S/he will also be responsible for building collaboration between marketing and sales with culture of ONE TEAM mindset.

 

Position Description:

 

  • Supporting in delivering short term & long-term business plans for the assigned region to achieve business objectives;
  • Leading regional Field Marketing team to develop and manage program through proper alignment, communication, execution, update and measurement;
  • Optimizing team productivity and field marketing coverage planning including FM KPI review, program outlet visiting plan, and optimal collaboration with Marketing and Sales team;
  • Leading team and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure more effective execution and faster speed to market of new product launch programs;
  • Sharing Consumer Centricity concept and knowledge to all stakeholders across the organization.

 

Position Description:

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related fields
  • Minimum 4 years related experience in Marketing or Sales, FMCG is preferred
  • Good analytical skills and negotiation skills
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
