Position Purpose:

JTI Cambodia is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, reporting directly to Compensation & Benefits Manager. The employee in this role will be responsible for monthly payroll preparation, employee data maintenance and data quality monitoring, administration of SAP HR system, salary proposal, retrieving of HR Reports, leave administration and statutory reporting including but not limited to labor compliance documents submission to MoLVT. S/he will also be responsible for coordinating and managing International Assignee (IA) relocation process, budget planning & monitoring, and other administrative related services.



  • Prepare monthly payroll for all local employees and ensure the payroll is executed twice per month, accurately and on time;
  • Maintain and update accurate employee data to reflect the most recent information in SAP HR system and provide the relevant information to the respective stakeholder;
  • Responsible to perform new hire action, update, change and maintain employee movement transaction, obtain the user ID for new local employees and International Assignee;
  • Manage employee account for new/transfer/resigned employees whenever required;
  • Perform regular data quality check to ensure data consistency and accuracy and take corrective action when appropriate;
  • Provide employee information and generate HR reports from SAP HR System whenever needed for reporting purpose;
  • Prepare and submit quota approval to MoLVT, apply for employee workbook, health check and work permit, prepare staff declaration in/out for new/resigned employees;
  • Prepare new hire salary proposal to ensure internal and external relativity according to salary structure and job description;
  • Process, communicate and administer all employees leaves in SAP HR system;
  • Ensure PR/PO/GR process and overall payment are settled to vendors as per agreement and on time by working closely with relevant stakeholders and external vendors;
  • Provide assistance and perform other tasks assigned by manager.


Desired skills and experience:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business or any other related fields;
  • 2-3 years of solid HR experience in HR/C&B function preferably in Multinational companies;
  • Competency Based Excel skills;
  • Good knowledge in Cambodian Labour Law
  • Good knowledge in HRIS (experience with SAP system is preferred)
  • Fluent English both written and spoken;
  • Confident user of MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point;
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Project Management Skills;
  • Agile personality, willingness and ability to learn fast and a sense of urgency.
