FP&A Specialist

The purpose of this position is to provide critical financial analysis, reporting, and planning support to ensure informed decision-making across the organization. The role focuses on analyzing business performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and maintaining financial models with an emphasis on Reduced Risk Products (RRP). This position will provide full support in providing financial analysis for new initiatives, pricing strategies and similar, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and contributing to the development of strategic presentations. The role is essential in driving financial insights that support business growth and operational efficiency, particularly in the evolving RRP segment.

Responsibilties: 

• Supporting preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Performing analysis of business performance versus forecast/previous period and benchmarking of key performance indicators
• Prepare financial analysis and business studies to support management decisions related to new introductions, rejuvenation projects, pricing, entrance in KAs and retail trade channels
• Support C&TM ROI analysis
• FP&A model maintenance and improvement (Market P&L, Market FCF)
• Provide active support in Market P&L and FCF planning and reporting
• Provide the organization with various ad-hoc analysis to facilitate decision making
• Perform pricing and excise financial calculation and analysis
• Upload and align financial data to GPM and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data
• Providing support in presentation decks preparation
• All listed tasks will be with more focus on RRP (Reduced Risk Products)

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• At least one year of financial analysis or controlling experience in a multinational company (FMCG would serve as an advantage)
• Fluent English
• Good analytical skills
• MS Office, SAP or similar ERP system experience is an advantage
