Consumer Activation Representative

Position:

 

The essential of the role is to achieve effective brand activation, distribution, and merchandising standards in HoReCa outlets. This position entails being creative - marketing oriented and keeping focus on sales. You will be responsible for maintaining the competitor's HoReCa outlet database, and all activities related to consumer activation in the HoReCa channel. Support all consumer activation segments and be accountable for securing high-strategy implementation in the HoReCa, Event, and Brand Retail channels.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • ensuring the proper level of distribution in JTI contracted outlets in his area,
  • building and maintaining a good relationship with HoReCa owners and bar staff,
  • setting up of all DTC activities in Consumer channels,
  • monitoring and following up on competitors' DTC activities,
  • implementation of merchandising standards in JTI contracted outlets,
  • monitoring budget and valid administration,
  • to generate and implement innovative ideas.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • min. 2 years of experience in both HoReCa segment and Consumer Engagement projects within FMCG industry,
  • native Serbian and intermediate level of English (both written and spoken),
  • college degree (VI SSS).
