Associate - People & Culture (Montreal Factory) - 18 months contract

 

Position Purpose

 

Reporting to the People & Culture business partner, the incumbent will perform various human resource management duties associated with the Montreal factory’s Global Supply Chain (GSC).


Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Tracking and analyzing headcount
  • Leading the employee information system
  • Assisting with the annual salary and bonus (compensation) processes
  • Assisting with employee recruitment and onboarding
  • Tracking People KPIs
  • Monitoring absenteeism
  • Planning, organizing, coordinating and leading training programs
  • Leading training according to Bill 90 (1% of payroll)
  • Completing tax credit reports for interns
  • Tracking budgets for training activities and human resources
  • Collaborating on People & Culture projects
  • Acting as a point of contact for the cafeteria supplier
  • Acting as a point of contact for health service staff


Required qualifications

 

  • University degree in Human Resources (an asset)
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector (an asset)

  • Independent, flexible, great teammate, tactful, strong interpersonal skills, diligent, courteous and positive attitude
