Process Lead - Montreal
Position Purpose
Working with the Cell Lead and the Maintenance Lead in make & pack department, the Proceed Lead will be responsible for the application of IWS (Integrated Working System) processes and the development of action plans with the team to achieve short- and medium-term objectives.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in operational meetings
- Defines, checks, improves & updates technical and operational standards process.
- Implementing and improving IWS operating standards
- Coach team members on standards
- Performs technology/process upgrades
- Support in Execution of preventive maintenance
- Improves maintenance standards through line feedback and Breakdown Elimination process
- Lead engineering activities
- Participate and take ownership in Health and Safety initiatives
- Follow-up on data Quality results
Qualifications and experience
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- University degree in related field
- Good knowledge of statistical rules and data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
Skills, competencies and languages
- Excellent communication skills
- Team spirit and leadership
- Excellent aptitudes in French and English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable working on shop floor with operators, mechanics and electricals
- Highly organized
