What this position is about?

PURPOSE

 

The Trade Marketing Specialist will contribute and support the digital transformation of Field Force and Sales processes and tools, ensuring that business objectives are fully supported by Trade Digital Solutions and CRM platform.

 

What will you do?

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The Trade Marketing Specialist will: 

  • Analyze business needs in line with sales strategic objectives, adding value to commercial planning activities providing key insights that can drive the decision-making process effectively. 
  • Investigate, promote and work on the implementation of new digital solutions aimed at simplifying the existing process while improving Field Force Efficiencies and optimizing back-office daily activities.
  • Support the development of new functionalities on the CRM platform, TME Connect, and optimize existing ones, collecting, consolidating and analyzing business requirements. He/ She will provide the business requirements to TME Connect Central Development Team, will support them in the preparation of functional design, will carry out tests of new features. 
  • Carry out the design, development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track sales KPI’s in line with Commercial planning key strategic needs. 
  • Guarantee knowledge sharing and understanding of the Trade Digital Solutions, provide support to users of CRM back office and PowerBI (Power Business Intelligence) organizing and delivering training based on business objectives and identified needs.
  • Support the design, implementation and maintenance of the new JTI trade engagement platform through the identification of development areas. He/ She will provide the business requirements to the external provider, will support them in the preparation of functional design, will carry out tests of new features. 
  • Ensure support to the Trade Digital Solution Manager, the team and the field force, giving assistance on assigned projects area. Also cooperate with other functions such as Marketing, IT, Legal, CA&C and the TME Global Team (HQ&BTS) with a ONE TEAM spirit.

 

Who are we looking for:

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • University degree or equivalent (preferably in economics and engineering disciplines).            
  • 3/4 years’ experience in a consulting firm and/or FMCG Company
  • Ambitious and with high potential to grow
  • Customer-oriented, able to work with tight deadlines, flexible to switch among different matters
  • Change & contingency Management skills
  • Innovative mindset with good project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of Web Development techniques (eg. HTML, CSS, Java and Javascript), reporting (PowerBI) and database (SQL), SAP is a plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken 
  • International mobility
