Electrical Maintenance Technician

What this position is about - Purpose:

Driving electrical maintenance activities with respect to EHS, Quality, and productivity requirements to maximize the reliability of components, equipment, and processes, implementing all assigned work orders in time as per the maintenance department vision, supporting the production team as per required, support in achieving OEE with best quality and minimum waste and able to participate and discover the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for each breakdown.

What will you do – Responsibilities:

• Implement all required electrical maintenance activities. Carry out routine inspections & TBM activities on motors, electric panels, and all mechanical and electrical systems to avoid malfunction and other problems, This might include replacing parts and checking & inspecting all CB, cables .. etc. with respect to EHS and Quality requirements considered in maintenance activities. Report any problems or substandard conditions to the Energy and automation engineer.
• support the production team to achieve their goals by Responding to breakdowns and repairing the air of the equipment. Diagnose faults and breakdown problems. Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly. Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs. Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
• Read and understand technical manuals for equipment operations and maintenance. Maintain documentation of equipment maintenance and repair procedures for future reference procedures.
• Provide training for junior technicians and advise them on how to follow safety regulations. Propose improvements and drive initiatives to reduce and save energy.
• Contribute to achieving annual savings in energy consumption. Contribute to achieving the factory KPIs, and support continual improvement for EHS, Energy & Quality management systems.
• Report all breakdowns to his leaders, reducing Mean time to repair (MTTR) and increasing Mean time between failures (MTBF). Approaches arising challenges with confidence, actively solves problems, even when facing difficulties and setbacks, Responsible to ensure proper 5S3R of all areas through implementation of sustainable programs. Contribute to achieving the factory KPIs, support continual improvement for EHS, Energy & Quality management systems, and ensure compliance with code of conduct, legal & other requirements.

Whom are we looking for – Requirements:

• Intermediate or high level preferred in technical background
• 2-5 in maintenance filed
• Intermediate in English
• Knowledge of 5S3R Method and  Application
