What this position is about:

 

Route to Market Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining Universe Database, developing and implementing Trade Segmentation principles, creating routes for DSO and DP Sales Force, utilizing various data in determining optimum coverage plan and provide report to management team as a recommendation to improve further activityin the most effective and efficient way.

 

What will you do:

 

Coverage development & implementation

• Create salesman routes using PTV Map&Market tools

• Ensure full integration of PTV and TME

• Give PTV Map&Market tools training to area (users)

• Develop recommendations for coverage principles implementation by regional approach

• Develop, align with management and implement retail segmentation in selected channels based on

trade needs, future potential and influence on consumer

• Develop and Maintain Universe Database

• Elaborate development strategy for the channels \ projects under responsibility based on proper

analysis of volume\segment trends, changes in competitors’ activities & best practices in JTI & other

industries

 

Communication:

• Ensure timely and effective internal communication and cooperation within the Company to facilitate

joint efforts of all involved functions / departments to drive Field Force Efficiency

• Provide clear argumentation of own proposals & ideas, calculate & manage possible risks, involve

concerned parties, influence people to increase projects results

• Ensure correct & proper level of external communication in line with all JTI policies

• Ensure timely & accurate communication \ distribution of all reporting documents and project updates

whom it may concern

 

Planning and Administration:

• Develop reporting dashboards, analysis systems and other materials necessary to achieve the

Company’s goals

• Perform necessary administration in accordance with the Company’s requirements, maintain

required documentation

 

Who are we looking for:

 

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent from reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years working experiences in sales or distributor management.
  • Good knowledge in sales operations, field intelligence, cycle tasks execution and reporting/KPI
  • monitoring
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Advance Excel, Visual Basic and Database management;
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Project management
  •  Communication skills, reasonableness, adaptability, positive perception of changes
  • Ability and willingness to work effectively without supervisor’s direct control
  • Ability and willingness to learn and apply new knowledge and skills
