Process Analyst Manager


The IT BTS M&S Process Analyst Manager acts as a liaison between Business and Development teams in order to implement the approved process changes. The position is responsible of the following main activities:

  • Global Reference Model specific area ownership, ensuring the continuous improvement on the corresponding processes in the context of a global approach.
  • Daily routine and change management within his/her functional work-stream, ensuring all milestones regarding to this process (FD delivery and testing) are properly achieved.
  • Support the application maintenance within his/her functional work-stream, providing good knowledge of business process and its related system functionality. Interaction with other groups to coordinate bug fixing, change request implementation and service operations is required.
  • TS point of contact for Business and Local IT Leads in the Market. Ensuring the promotion and adoption of the IT global solutions and providing the best practices required. Support the markets assigned in the context of Trade Marketing processes.
  • Projects participation having a supporting role. Managing the ad-hoc activities assigned ,during project execution, based on its Technical and Functional Skills.


What will you do?


Global Reference Model ownership

  • Be the master of the process/es owned knowing all the functionalities and the markets using it.
  • Continuous improvement of deployed functionalities aligned with changing business environment.
  • Keep updated all documentation in the Global Reference Model.
  • Review all Functional Designs related the module owned, ensuring this will meet market requirements without impacting on Global application functionality, other markets needs and performance.
  • Facilitate training sessions of the module owned either internal or to markets in order to consolidate market knowledge. Keep updated the training material.
  • Elaborate KPIS of usage of the GRM module owned.


Change management

  • Continuous improvement on our BTS Trade Marketing Change Management Process as well as ensure full compliance with OCM
  • Guarantee all CGHs have a significant business benefit, providing when possible quantitative impact of the development requested.
  • Scope these changes based on the criticality for the business and its value added to the global tool
  • Be concerned that Change management is an ongoing process and keep moving the CHGs as soon as they arrive.
  • Ensure market has provided with an accurate business description, a benefit and priority.
  • Provide with all information required from BTS side in order to avoid returns from other teams.
  • Be cost efficient.


Application maintenance / Quality Assurance

  • Performs quality reviews of application and results provided by both JTI and Externals and verifies that they meet agreed upon architectural requirements.
  • Participate in System Test phases to ensure markets' requirements are meeting and no side issues are appearing in order to improve quality of UAT releases.
  • Ensure that defined processes are followed by all parties which ensure a smooth execution of planned activities


Business Relationship Management:

  • Handle JTI markets under their responsibility.
  • Advice Markets on their scoped Change Requests and Service Requests.
  • Provide Action Plans and full Visibility on status of critical issues to Markets
  • Address markets' raised issues to corresponding work stream for taking action on them.
  • Support and advise Markets on defining in an optimal way the cycle plan activities
  • Ensure User Acceptance Test phase is performed by markets as planned.
  • Communicate and advise about global tasks plan that might affect normal use of the application.
  • Inform TME Management about status and issue resolution to lead and take under control any risk


Knowledge base develop and maintenance / Trainings.

  • To prepare, update and maintain knowledge articles, documentation and procedures
  • Support other team members in knowledge transfer and learning process.
  • Leading some internal refresh sessions, workshops for certain functionalities and/or new modules will provide other team members with the "how-to" tool knowledge.
  • To prepare, provide or update training materials of the Trainings scheduled for the year.
  • Prepare agenda, logistics and request feedback of training provided.


Projects Support

  • Work on the projects under assignment ensuring the tasks under their responsibility are done as planned and aligned with JTI IT quality standards.


Other (if applicable)

  • Handle various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.


Who are we looking for?

  • University Degree and equivalent experience in Computer, Technical Sciences or strong IT background.
  • Additional Business Education based on Trade Marketing is a plus.
  • 5+ years of working experience with CRM or BI systems
  • 2+ years of Project management experience
  • Good working knowledge of business and related processes in FMCG industry.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Should have an adequate knowledge of technology, which is standard within JTI, such as BI solutions and CRM business process analysis.
