Are you a skilled machinist with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? Join our dynamic team as a Workshop Machinist and bring high-quality components to life. In this role, you’ll operate advanced tools and machinery to produce critical parts, collaborate with engineers, and play a vital role in ensuring production excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Operate and maintain machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines

   

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics

•  

  Inspect parts to meet precision standards and tolerances

   

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment

   

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, engineering standards, and EHS guidelinesSet up and calibrate machinery for production runsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and support continuous improvement projectsLiaise with external service providers and ensure contracts and system changes follow required processes

   

YOU ARE:

• College diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machining is a plus

• 3+ years of machining experience in a workshop or manufacturing setting

• Proficient in precision measurement, hand and power tools

• Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, HMI systems is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
