Organizing, coordinating and preparing the human resources aspects of expatriate service management process to ensure compliance with company expatriate policy and practices and timely completion with stakeholders.




Pre-assignment, Relocation and Repatriation

  • Assists the Formalities Management Manager in organizing all expatriate issues and ensuring compliance with company expatriate policy and practices including but not limited to relocation to and from the home countries including their family (if applicable), assistance with Social Insurance, Immigration documents, housing, schooling, etc.
  • Ensure that all necessary purchase requisitions and orders related to local expat services are complied to correctly and with quality.
  • Comunicate clearly and timely to al stakeholders for any updates or issues related or expat services


Expatriate Records and Process Management

  • Helps establish and maintain expatriate data records, compile reports and distribute reports as applicable to ensure all expatriate management process run effectively and efficiently.


Agency/3rd Party Management

  • Responsible for daily engagement with local agencies and other 3rd party needs and managing all arrangement for expatriate issues that are being developed through agency or 3rd party.




  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in Expatriate Service Management or Global Mobility role
  • Fluent in oral and written English
