Analysis and monitoring of trends in different channels and segments of the domestic and regional markets, providing relevant conclusions and recommendations.
•Analysis and monitoring of results in different customer segments (Domestic, Border, Tourist), and in clusters and sub-segments, providing both national and regional conclusions and recommendations.
•Proposal of National and Regional Sales Goals, analyzing inputs received from Marketing and Sales Regions.
•Monitoring of results vs goals, identifying deviations and assessing the causes to propose corrective measures.
•Support the Sales Managers in developing specific analyses at a regional level.
•Preparation of regular sales force KPI reports, covering the causes of any deviation; projection of trends and making recommendations for the Sales Managers.
•Giving presentations on results, regular reporting.
•University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing. MBA will be a plus.
•3 years’ experience in similar positions in FMCG companies
•High level of spoken and written English.
•Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
•Planning and organization skills, focused on detail and quality.
•Adept at giving presentations; good communication skills, ability to synthesize.
•Ability to effectively manage projects and deadlines.
•Proactivity, initiative, leadership ability.
•Sound interpersonal skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
•Expert in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
