SAP Finance Performance Team Business Expert

Position:

The BTS -Finance Performance team is responsible for the corporate financial planning and reporting solutions, our target is to improve processes, introduce automation, assess and measure IT portfolio to achieve business objectives, align strategy and  business capabilities coverage, define system roadmaps, and innovate at different scales.

Responsibilities:

• You will work in the information technology area on the functional side
• You are accountable for supporting and improving solutions within the BTS FINANCE PERFORMANCE area focusing on Tax capabilities and solutions
• You will lead and participate in projects, and process enhancement, run PoCs and prototypes in short time and measure the outcome value that might bring to our organization, and the fit to strategy directions.
• You research technology and look for the best IT solutions for tax and other finance related.
• You help to shape the system roadmap and are aware of industry trends and solution in the area,
• You will strengthen and build up on the BRM (Business relationship management) with Global Tax teams and other financial stakeholders
• You are passionate about IT and enjoy working in the area

Requirements:

• Postgraduate in Audit and cost accounting
• Master in SAP Consulting / SAP certification
• Experienced in SAP tax management solutions, SAP financial area and other tax solutions
• Experienced in multinational environments and tax related topics
• Experienced in Global Reference Model implementations
• Project management experience /managerial skills/Agile
• Communication skills; Proven effective written and speaking communication skills in presenting complex data clearly.
• Organizational / managerial skills; *Experience in managing and being responsible of small /mid size teams in different areas.
• You have worked Tax area as a user or in the IT departments, know Tax solutions and have notions to improve the processes and pain points
• Fluent English verbal and written

Main expertise in Taxes area:

• Tax codes maintenance VAT/Tax on sales/Purchases
• Withholding tax maintenance
• Awareness of EDI and Idocs for document exchange
• FI Integration with MM and SD (in general and specifically in tax area)
• Knowledge in PI, XML maintenance, any electronic documents exchange
• Knowledge of BRF+
• Tax and legal local reporting settings
• DCR – Document compliance reporting/ tax reporting or ACR
• Knowledge in Excise Tax concept and IT solutions that could be applied including EMCS integration
• Tax localizations: localization solution for Spain SII, SAF-T reporting, UK Make Tax Digital
• OCDE- CRS and Pillar 2 awareness

Other Technica skills:

• You know in depth S/4 HANA (SAP BW, BPC , SAC is a +)
• SAP functional consultancy skills focused in Tax area
• Generally proven experience in FI-TAX,   FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CCM, CO-OM, CO-PCA, CO-PA and CO-PC SAP modules
• Fiori Apps configuration
• Definition for PI or ABAP Interface programs with third party entities (invoicing, EDI,...) 
• ABAP understanding (simple debugging, BAPI, BADI, User, queries)
