RRP DIGITAL ASSOCIATE

 

 

Position purpose:
Join our dynamic digital team and play a key role in supporting the implementation of the RRP Digital Marketing Strategy. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital awareness, acquisition, and retention campaigns while learning the ins and outs of infrastructure, tools, and new digital features.

 

 

What will you do – responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in Digital Strategy Execution: Work closely with the team to bring digital marketing plans to life, helping translate brand goals into actionable digital and CRM objectives. You'll also help track performance and gather insights.
  • Support Consumer Acquisition Efforts: Contribute to growing our digital presence through e-commerce and SEO initiatives, helping expand our consumer base.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Agencies: Partner with team members and external agencies to ensure clear communication and impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Learn from Data Analysis: Get hands-on experience in analyzing consumer data to support strategy decisions and drive online engagement.
  • CRM Support: Gain practical skills in aligning CRM objectives with broader brand goals across all digital platforms.

 

 

Who are we looking for – requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Experience Management, CRM, or Digital; a Master’s in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in building brand fundamentals through an omnichannel consumer journey, with a focus on online channels.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English - Portuguese would be a plus. 
  • Strong organizational skills, persistence, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic digital marketing environment.
  • Curious, flexible, and comfortable navigating change and innovation.
  • Hybrid digital and marketing skills; familiarity with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign Standard, and basic HTML is advantageous.
