POSITION PURPOSE

The IA Data Solutions Analyst are responsible to analyze specific business requirements, and design and implement the global IA Solutions in JTI, and responsible for delivery of IA solution elements for other IT projects.
Being responsible for communicating often complex results, The IA Data Solutions Analyst knows how to tell stories with data and how to use visualizations to enhance the understanding of the business value of advanced analytics.
He/she will be using  visualization tools such as business intelligence software or other techniques such as infographics.

He/she owns the delivery of the solution and its associated metrics (SLA, data quality…) to the business users and your IA team members, seeking to maximize value, adoption and satisfaction of the solution. He/she analyzes the solution requirements needed (projects or enhancements), work with GDC to clarify requirements and support during development,  testing and implementation phases. Where needed, he/she runs the network of Power Users for your solutions.

He/she integrates well with project teams and vendors on what has to be achieved, and controls any implementation that touches the IA solutions and manage any dependency with other solutions. As resource part of projects, he/she is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed function specifications and for delivering advanced analytics reporting solutions.

 

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Business Engagement
• Become to expert to other IT services and the business on the IA solution needs.  Build strong relationship with power users, business data leads, stakeholders and IT colleagues.

 

BI Solution management
* Analyze, design, support build and implement your IA solutions to meet the IT strategy and business requirements, review business requests for service enhancements, lead solution continuous improvement, as well as IT service changes requests.
* Be part of any project that requires the AI toolset to deliver their objectives (eg BPM).
* Train Power users/end-users on established programs
* Effectively manage and strengthen vendor relationships

 

Project Management
* Lead solution development projects end-to-end from project initiation, analysis and design, development and testing, and implementation.

 

Communication and Collaboration
• Continuously communicate on projects and status to IT and Business stakeholders
• Works closely with the existing IA resources in other BTS or business teams to ensure alignment and collaborative development of the IA repositories to support analytics needs across the business

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

University Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering + MBA

• 3+ years of IT and Business professional experience with at least five years of previous work experience in multinational companies
• Solid experience with business analytics
• Experience in developing and supporting Advanced BI/Analytics solutions within large complex FMCG organizations
• Ability in creating graphs, charts, infographics and other visual tools that help people understand complex data.
• Proven ability to effectively engage with business partners in a fast-paced, high-growth complex organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to identify and collaborate with key stakeholders across functions.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of the business and organization
• Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems
• Energetic, innovative, and flexible
• Proven change management skills and experience

• Fluent in English, French is an asset
• Sound project management and  functional skills
• Experience with Advanced Visual Analytics Tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, Thoughspot, Power BI)
• Knowledge of major ERP/CRM Platforms (e.g. Siebel, SAP, Salesforce)
