JTI’s Enterprise Content Management team is looking for a Development Analyst Manager to support the growing internal demand of modern workplace solutions based on the Microsoft ecosystem. The team is part of the Microsoft and Mobility Delivery Center and is responsible of providing technical expertise and solutions delivery on Microsoft 365 and related technologies to our global corporate functions.

 

The successful candidate will help us on the definition, delivery and support of our Content Management solutions, with special focus on the SharePoint platform (both the latest on-premises and SharePoint online versions) and the extensibility options provided by the Power Platform (in particular Power Automate and Power Apps). Also, she/he will be responsible of managing the outsourced development activities provided by the different international teams that help us building our portfolio of global solutions.

 

We are aiming to incorporate to our team in Madrid a results-driven professional with proven experience on delivering innovative and robust applications based on the Microsoft stack using agile methodologies, preferably in a multi-cultural environment.

 

This person should have a solid technical background that allows her/him to act as a trusted partner of different technical teams whilst focusing on providing business value to our internal stakeholders distributed worldwide.

 

He/she will also be a key part on providing internal visibility, advocacy and expert guidance on the latest Microsoft technologies, in particular in the Power Platform and SharePoint online space.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

  • University/ college degree or equivalent work experience on computer sciences.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Information Technology, preferably in international corporations.
  • 2+ years of project management experience, including large scale global projects.
  • 3+ experience in Enterprise Content Management, Microsoft SharePoint experiences must.
  • Languages & Computer Skills
  • Very good written and spoken English. Excellent communication skills. Spanish or other additional language is a plus
  • Deep understanding on the Microsoft Technology Stack. Ability to envision, architect and compose technical solutions using modern paradigms
  • Extensive experience on Azure DevOps usage & configuration (Azure Boards & Azure Pipelines in particular)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2016, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform and Azure PaaS (LogicApps, Azure Functions,...)
  • Exposure to modern client-side framework technologies like node.js, Typescript, React,...
  • Good conceptual knowledge and hands-on experience on agile software delivery methodologies
