Data Mapping & Integration Manager

Reporting to: Data Integration Delivery Center Director

Data Mapping & Integration Manager is a key role to manage products attributions and mapping activities which are pivotal to enable global reporting and cross-sources analysis. In close collaboration with markets, regions, IT and GBS teams. The incumbent will manage market size/value and retail data end to end processes across OneData components, improving quality and speed over time and driving changes and process improvements as required. He/She will drive the addition of new markets to the scope, as well as changes on KPIs or on data sources for existing markets, and will provide support to define and monitor quality and availability KPIs across all commercial indicators


What you will do:

- managing products attributions and mapping activities 
- data ingestion and validation in RADRS

- managing new markets and product groups additions / source change / new KPIs

- OneData change requests management 

- data availability and quality KPIs definition and monitoring for existing markets


You will be successful in this role if you have:
- university degree (preferable in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or similar)

- strong business understanding

- extensive products knowledge (JTI & Competitor) across Combustibles & RRP

- extensive knowledge and experience of market dynamic data sources (e.g. Nielsen, IRI...), KPIs calculation, reporting and insights generation

- understanding of Incidence and Consumer KPIs, from how they are captured to how they are calculated and reported to generate insights
