Cyber Security Service Manager

 

What this position is about - Purpose: 

 

This position exists to support the consistent delivery of cyber security services.

The incumbent is responsible for the day to day operations to ensure optimal quality and efficiency of the outsourced cyber security services. 

The Cyber Security Service Management function must maintain a close partnership with the other cyber security teams as well as JTI service providers. The incumbent plays a liaison role in coordination of activities between the outsourcing partner and JTI functions; setting priorities, manages escalations, ensures timely and accurate SLA reporting.

The function works in particular with Cyber Security Delivery Manager and JTI Security Teams to maintain and implement agreed service strategies and solutions.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

 

  • Actively manage and monitor outsourced services and operations to ensure quality and efficiency of day-to-day operations and achievement of business objectives and projects deadlines. 
  • Monitor and maintain controls/KPIs to ensure services meet contractual commitments/SLAs, validate SLA reports, ensure proper visibility on the SLA reporting to interested parties and escalate deviations to the data center service delivery lead.
  • Support the Cyber Security Delivery Manager in ensuring the timely delivery of the security services, as per JTI quality standards, and in fulfilment of agreed-upon commitments, contractual obligations and service level agreement.
  • Strive for maximum effectiveness of all activities, minimize efforts and budget, maximize automation, challenge processes.
  • Validate SLA reports and ensure proper visibility on the SLA reporting to interested parties and escalate deviations to the Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager.
  • Coordinate and track the progress of service provider’s improvement plans and ensure they are implemented according to JTI expectations.
  • Ensure submission of PR/PO/GR in timely manner and in line with Procurement policies and procedures as directed by the Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager.
  • Manage and validate costs of services, ensure timely & accurate billing, validate inventories regularly, and cost of additional projects and changes delivered out of hours/main contract.
     

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

 

  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years experience in Information Technology, with particular focus on Service Delivery and governance, Cyber Security.
  • Fluent English written and spoken.
  • Cyber security management and support in a global environment.  
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Strong communication & project management skills.
  • Coordination, organisational and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Good management of crisises and high pressure situations.
  • IT best practices (ITIL) knowledge.
