This position is responsible of these main tasks:


• TME CONNECT adoption support of markets:

  •  Foster the adoption and use of standardized business processes in TME CONNECT for related markets  with the support of his/her manager, for Business & Local IT Leads in the Market. 
  •  Promote and adopt the global TME CONNECT solutions within the business helping Markets to understand the application roadmaps and provided application functionality.
  • Support Markets assigned, following closely their status: knowing markets’ cycles, reviewing markets’ KPIs progress and status as well as key points on-going to ensure they are accomplished on time, end users adoption and suggesting and taking     corrective or improvement actions as needed. 
  •  Review and agree with Market’s business needs and solution proposed to ensure this will meet market requirements alligning with TME CONNECT roadmaps without impacting on normal application functionality and performance.
  •  Being the Level 2 for Market’s problems escalation. Define and manage corresponding action plans when required.


 • Responsible of routine and minor Change Management of his/her TME CONNECT products roadmaps 

  •   Reviewing Change Requests and their impact on the  TME CONNECT; providing alternatives, workaround based on its functional and technical knowledge; discussing with other work-streams responsible to ensure alignment and solution proposed    will meet application strategy, markets requirements and performance goals. Ensuring that solution is aligned with Functional Business members in charge of Change Management within the impacted workstream. 
  •   Elaborate standard application Functional Documentation for both End Users and Development Teams as required for routing and minor changes.
  •   To perform tests of changes and fixes during the System Test phase and ensuring their markets are accomplishing tests phases


• Support the  Application Product Owners oin the maintenance and evolution of his/her TME CONNECT products  

  •  Good knowledge of certain business process and its related system functionality (combination of process and technical skills)
  •  Supporting other IT colleagues on the use of the tool if needed and discussing and clarifying open questions they might have arose when solving markets' issues.
  •  Prepare knowledge base articles and work with other team members to pass the knowledge.
  •  Interacts with other groups to coordinate bug fixing, change request implementation and service operations.


• Participation in the building, deployment and evolution/maintenance of TME CONNECT and other related technologies through assignment to projects

 

Education:

  • Four year college degree or equivalent apprenticeship.
  • Proven Fluent in English 
  • Knowledge on Trade and Marketing business areas is a plus.
     

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years holding a Business Analysis and reengineering position
  • 3+ years CRM cloud based development position 
  • Previous exposed to web development technologies and ivolved in technological projects
  • User experience on NBusiness Intelligence solutions (primarily Power BI)
  • Experienced on working with outsourced resources
     

Languages & Computer Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Cloud CRMs (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP) 
  • Experience with web development technologies (Javascript, Java, Ruby, Python)
  • Use of Management Tools (Gantt Charts, Estimating Models, KPI definition and interpretation)
