Reporting to: Field Force Capability Manager

 

Field Force Capability Specialist

 

Responsible for developing and implementing field force training programs. He/She will work in close collaboration with Field Force Capability Manager (FFCM),Marketing and Sales local leadership team, P&C and other departments in developing and implementing project related to effectiveness and efficiencies. Implement training evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs, including training transfer aspects. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the trainings introduced and conducted. Provide support in terms of digitalization and automation of sales processes, projects and other activities. He/She will support FFCM in creating, conceptualizing and executing strategies and directions related to process improvements and competency development.

 

As the Field Force Capability Specialist in the area of Sales, you will: 

  • Develop and deliver training aligned with business strategy
  • Lead implementation of company and P&C training initiatives
  • Coach and support field force to improve sales performance and KPIs
  • Collaborate with sales leaders on development plans and business reviews
  • Drive sales effectiveness projects and operational improvements
  • Cascade key communications, projects, and directions to the field force
  • Develop, promote, and support digital tools and learning content
  • Assess competencies, monitor performance, and identify training needs
  • Conduct fieldwork to identify people and process improvement opportunities
  • Handle planning, documentation, and administrative requirements

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or specialist position in sales preferably in multinational FMCG company.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related discipline, supported by substantial experience in the sales function and training
  • Has good understanding of sales processes and best practices in assessing training needs analysis (TNA), developing appropriate programs and implementing sales force trainings
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and data reporting.
  • Experienced in training facilitation (classroom and virtual).
  • Skilled in Time management and project management.
  • Able to deliver results through collaboration and influencing and the ability to work under pressure.
