Horeca Specialist 

 

What this position is about - Purpose: 

 

Strong knowledge of the HoReCa market. Excellent relationship building and communication skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Experience in the local market. Proficiency in digital transactions and customer relationship management. 

 

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with HoReCa clients. Drive sales in the tobacco /FMCG sector, focusing on HoReCa channels. Identify new business opportunities and ensure high productivity and fill rates 

  • Manage distributor and market relationships. Ensure effective market coverage and product distribution. Utilize market knowledge to achieve sales targets and expand market presence 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction 

  • Implement sales strategies to increase market share 

  • Achievement of sales targets. Increase in market share and customer base. High customer satisfaction and retention rates. Efficient management of distributor and market relationships. 

 

Who are we looking for – Requirements: 

 

  • Graduation is mandatory/ post postgraduate preferred.

  • 2 - 4 years in the tobacco industry with a focus on HoReCa sales. 

  • Fluent in the Portuguese Language. English is a Plus.

  • Strong knowledge of the HoReCa market. Relationship-building and communication skills. 

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
