Bistvo tega delovnega mesta – namen:
Nadzornik na terenu vodi in razvija visoko učinkovito, motivirano in odgovorno ekipo tržnih predstavnikov, da dosegajo cilje podjetja na dodeljenih območjih in prodajnih mestih (POS). Skrbi za izvajanje tržnih programov v različnih kategorijah, zagotavlja skladnost s standardi podjetja, spremlja uspešnost distributerjev ter spodbuja profesionalne odnose z distributerji in poslovnimi partnerji, kar prispeva k doseganju ciljev. Prav tako razvija cilje SMART za ekipo tržnih predstavnikov, skrbi za njihovo izvajanje na svojem območju ter prepoznava potencialna področja za razvoj in iskanje novih priložnosti.
Kaj bodo vaše naloge – odgovornosti:
- Zadolženost za določanje in doseganje ciljev ekipe, spremljanje izvedbe in zagotavljanje rezultatov na slovenskem trgu.
- Upoštevanje etike in standardov odličnosti podjetja, vključno s tržnimi programi, prodajo blaga in komuniciranjem blagovne znamke, s poudarkom na dolgoročni donosnosti in načelih donosnosti naložb (ROI).
- Učinkovita poraba proračuna za trženje, ki ga razporedi operativni vodja.
- Zagotavljanje natančnega in pravočasnega poročanja o informacijah v zvezi s poslovanjem za razvoj uskladitev v komunikacijski, napovedovanje priložnosti ali ovir ter po potrebi predlaganje korektivnih rešitev.
- Vzpostavljanje in razvijanje vzajemno koristnih trgovinskih odnosov v dodeljenih regijah za doseganje ciljev.
- Vzpostavitev pristopa »ene ekipe« z ekipo distributerjev na terenu na prodajnem mestu, kar izboljša raven sodelovanja med obema ekipama.
- Strateško načrtovanje komercialnih dejavnosti v različnih kategorijah (cigarete, segrete tobačne palice, drobno rezan tobak) za optimizacijo usklajevanja.
- Zagotavljanje skladnega medsebojnega delovanja med kategorijami, učinkovito targetiranje, učinkovito razporejanje človeških virov ter spodbujanje kulture sinergije in inovativnosti med kategorijami.
- Tekoče spremljanje vseh sredstev podjetja v okviru ekipe z namenom zagotavljati upoštevanje standardov poslovanja podjetja.
- Vodenje z zgledom, izkazovanje visokih standardov profesionalnega vedenja, vodenje, usposabljanje in razvijanje ekipe za trajno rast in odličnost.
Koga iščemo – zahteve:
- Najmanj 2–3 leta izkušenj v prodaji v mednarodnem podjetju na področju potrošniškega blaga (FMCG – Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), po možnosti na nižjem vodstvenem položaju, izkušnje na področju nadzora in vodenja ekipe so prednost.
- Vsaj 2 leti vozniških izkušenj in nekaznovanost na področju varnosti v prometu.
- Visokošolska izobrazba je prednost.
- Napredno poznavanje aplikacij MS Office.
- Dobro finančno ozadje, analitične sposobnosti in sposobnosti reševanja problemov ter poslovni vpogled.
- Odlična sposobnost ustvarjanja dobrih medsebojnih odnosov in veščine vodenja ljudi.
- Sposobnost učinkovitega posredovanja zapletenih finančnih informacij različnemu občinstvu.

Field Force Supervisor Slovenia
What this position is about – Purpose:
The Field Force Supervisor leads and develops a highly efficient, motivated, and responsible team of Trade Marketing Representatives (TMRs) to deliver company targets at assigned areas and Points of Sale (POS). They handle the implementation of trade marketing programs across categories, ensure alignment with company standards, monitor distributor performance, and foster professional relationships with the Distributor and Trade Partners to contribute to goal achievement. They will also develop SMART goals for the team of TMRs, ensuring the execution on their territory, and identifying potential areas for development and finding new opportunities.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting and achieving team targets, monitoring execution, and ensuring results delivery in the Slovenian market.
- Upholding company ethics and excellence standards, including trade programs, merchandising, and brand communication, with a focus on long-term profitability and Return on Investment (ROI) principles.
- Effective utilization of trade marketing budgets as allocated by the Operations Manager.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting on business-related information to develop communication alignments, forecast opportunities, or obstacles, and propose corrective solutions when needed.
- Establishing and building mutually beneficial trade relationships within the regions to achieve targets.
- Creating a "one team" approach with a distributor field force at the Point of Sale, enhancing collaboration levels between the two teams.
- Strategically planning commercial activities across various categories (RMC, HTS, FCT) to optimize alignment.
- Ensuring a harmonious interplay between the categories, targeting effectively, efficiently allocating people resources, and fostering a culture of cross-category synergy and innovation.
- Continuously monitoring the execution of all company assets within the team, ensuring adherence to company operating standards.
- Leading by example, demonstrating high standards in professional behavior, handling, coaching, and developing the team for sustained growth and excellence.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in an international FMCG company, preferably in a junior management position, past experience in the field of supervision and team management is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of driving experience and no criminal record regarding traffic safety.
- Higher education is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong financial background, analytical and problem-solving skills, and business insight.
- Excellent interpersonal and people leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to diverse audience.
