Position purpose:
The purpose of this position is to support the Commercial Planning Manager in strengthening the commercial planning function. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, transforming raw data into clear and actionable business insights. By analyzing customer and commercial data, the role aims to drive faster and more effective decision-making. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams is key to identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. The position also includes coordinating and supporting the management of the Siebel CRM tool and the TME Connect App within the Commercial Planning area. Additionally, the role contributes to building analytical capabilities across the commercial team through active knowledge sharing and promotion of best practices.
What will you do – responsibilities:
- Analytical and Operational Support: the role involves providing strong analytical and operational support to the Commercial Effectiveness Manager. A key responsibility is the development and maintenance of dashboards in Power BI, designed to support various users across the organization. These dashboards should deliver real-time insights to Sales teams, enabling both operational and strategic decision-making. Additionally, they should assist Operations Heads and Key Account Managers (KAMs) in tracking performance and analyzing client evolution. For Field Force teams, the dashboards will help monitor client progress and evaluate Trade Marketeer performance.
- Power BI Enabler: this position also ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the Power BI Online Service, including performance monitoring and troubleshooting. The person will act as the local point of contact for all Power BI matters, collaborating closely with Iberia IT and JTI Power BI Support to support the integration and deployment of new reports. They will be responsible for managing user access rights and ensuring appropriate segregation of access within the Power BI platform. The role includes gathering and assessing functional requirements from KAMs, District Field Managers (DFMs), and Field Operations Leads, and recommending the most effective deployment approach. Acting as a Project Manager for the implementation of new Power BI reports, the individual will oversee projects from concept to delivery. Coordination with the regional team on deployments related to TME Connect and evolving data sources is also essential, along with continuous improvement of the existing Power BI report ecosystem to support efficiency and better decision-making across the Sales organization.
- Siebel and CRM: the third area of responsibility centers around managing all Commercial Planning activities and cycle objectives within Siebel, ensuring their visibility and execution at the Point of Sale (POS). The role includes serving as the main technical support contact for both Siebel CRM and TME Connect. It also involves leading training initiatives tailored to both office-based and field force users, adapting materials to specific roles and promoting effective system usage. Coordinating and delivering training programs across departments to build CRM proficiency is an important part of this function. The individual will also ensure that the Sales Force has access to current, daily operational data via TME Connect and will be responsible for verifying both the availability and quality of this data in the system.
Who are we looking for – requirements:
