Role: Traineeship

 

Purpose

This is an 11-months program that is targeted at providing hands-on work experience, broad agronomic knowledge, and skills through working with our experienced field team and consulting with Growers to support the achievement of business objectives.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO: RESPONSIBILITIES

  •     Successful candidates will go through a series of rotational assignments within the company focusing on a broader understanding of the JTILM agronomy operations.

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field obtained between 2022-2025.
  • Ability to ride a motorbike with a valid driving license or willing to learn.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • English and any local language.
