HR Business Partner Manager (Factory)

Location: Kremenchuk, Ukraine


What this position is about - Purpose:


P&C BP Manager role contributes to company performance by providing strategic & tactical management of people, and organization development strategies to support the achievement of business objectives. P&C BP Manager support functions of JTI Kremenchuk Factory, carrying out responsibilities on the following areas: Org design and Workforce planning, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Performance Management, Recruitment, Diversity & Inclusion, employee relationships & compensation with the involvement of Rewards function, other P&C related activities.


What will you do - Responsibilities:


  • P&C BP Manager implements P&C strategy on the Factory, ensuring its alignment with Management team and achievement of P&C KPIs and targets
  • He/she provides guidance on Organizational design and Workforce planning together with Functions heads to ensure that structure supports current and future business needs. Plans and supports design changes in cooperation with Rewards team and in line with legal requirements. Ensures proper communication flow in terms of organizational changes to ensure high level of engagement sustained
  • He/she supports process on Recruitment and Selection with GBS and respective Line Manager based on recruitment needs, and in accordance with the headcount and budget. Actively participates in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, universities relations programs, general networking to ensure robust candidate pipeline
  • He/she develops strategies for Performance and Talent management, Succession planning, and ensures Talent Matrix and Succession Planning are executed in line with the Company strategy
  • He/she provides expert advice & consultation to employees on Labor Code, P&C policies, procedures & elements of Corporate Culture (Performance Appraisal, Career development, Succession planning, Rewards, Learning opportunities etc.). And closely collaborate with Trade union of the Factory on employee’s related initiatives
  • P&C BP Manager conducts regular and detailed analysis of P&C initiatives effectiveness for employees. Supports appropriate Employee Engagement Survey (EES) and Pulse Checks implementation and follow up with action steps upon results                                                                                                                                                             
  • He/she ensures proper P&C budget management and contractual agreements with providers. Manage budget planning and control. Manage contractual agreements with internal & external providers
  • He/she takes an active part in cooperation with all P&C team members to contribute to P&C strategy (ASP/SPC), the new initiatives & projects (Well-being, D&I, etc.)
  • Also – P&C BP Manager collaborate closely with Global Supply Chain team in order to adapt global campaigns and initiatives for local Factory employees


Who are we looking for - Requirements:


  • You have a University Degree
  • Working experience in a similar role in an international company is needed, experience in working with factory will be an advantage
  • Сross-functional experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Ukrainian labor legislation
  • PC skills including SAP, Power Point, Excel, Word
  • Effective communicator fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English (speaking and writing)
  • Excellent interpersonal contact skills
  • Analytical abilities and critical thinking
  • High self-motivation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure & without close supervision
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Ability to assess competencies and employee’s potential
