Business Executive

(Location: Kragujevac)

Position: In this role, you will focus on Business growth opportunities in assigned territory (single outlets and local Key Accounts):

- JTI portfolio visibility, availability and trade programs execution,

- Trade marketing contracts negotiation (RLP) and monitoring performance vs. investment allocated (ROI).

Responsibilities:

• Arranging appointments with key retailers, ensuring dedicated time for business presentations / negotiations (e.g. availability, visibility, brand launch, best fit trade programs, collecting information etc.).
• Maintaining effective communication with prioritized retailers and distributor representatives.
• Allocating available resources and deciding what activities should be performed at Point of sale, with best outcome.
• Ensuring that retailer understands JTI arguments for position improvements (the relevance of the tobacco category i.e. benefits and challenges that tobacco offers to their business).
• Understanding business reports provided by back-office team and act upon.
• Making records of visits/activities at point of sales.
• Finding opportunities and sets priorities, proposes future steps and aligns objectives with Area manager.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or college degree (IV or VI SSS)
• Proven experience in FMCG sales
• High level of analytical knowledge, communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of English would be an asset
