This position is responsible for inventory stock count and control including goods in transit, planning, analysis of spare parts usage, and month-end closing process related to materials usage.
What will you do?
- Daily invoice confirmation to confirm CC, GL a/c, and budget availability for all GSC-related costs
- Spare parts (SP) and general materials planning, monitoring and analyzing actual usage. SP and general materials count and reconciliation of data in MIS and on GL accounts
- Preparation of monthly invoices for other income (disposal of obsolete inventory, fixed assets, tobacco dust, waste, etc.) and expenses
- Calculation of the NTM (Non-tobacco materials) and leaf usage on a monthly basis and reconciliation of data with Process improvement
- Daily monitoring of inventory movement and reconciliation. Participation in the monthly stock count for Leaf and NTM
- Provide full support for temporary labor, production support and engineering department costs analysis on a monthly basis
- Closure of South Sudan financials on a monthly basis
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- 0-3 year experience in a similar environment in a multinational company
- Fluent English
- Financial analysis skills
- Good knowledge of business information systems and strong computer skills (MS office)
- knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
