PEOPLE EXCELLENCE MANAGER - EHS, FM, and GS 

 

Plan, Developed, Execute, Managed, and Control EHS related activities in compliance with JTI Global EHS Policies, Procedures, and Standard Requirements to achieve the EHS objectives of zero workplace injuries, gas emission reduction, water withdrawal reduction, and waste reduction by 2030

 

As the People Excellence Manager - EHS, FM, and GS, you will: 

  • Environment
    • Lead, monitor, record, and report on all energy consumption sources, as well as the planning and execution of energy conservation measures or programs intended to reduce energy consumption
    • Lead, monitor, record, and report total emissions by JTI standard requirements to reduce gas emissions to air
    • Lead, monitor, record, and report waste management to meet the JTI standard requirements
  • Health & Safety
    • Lead, monitor, record, and report Health and Safety related activities based on JTI Policies and Procedures to meet the JTI standard requirements
    • Lead and follow up on any issues related to health and safety by JTI Compliance
  • Compliance
    • Ensure any EHS-related activities and programs comply with JTI Policies and Procedures as well as government regulations
    • Build an awareness of the importance of EHS to all employees as well as equip them with knowledge and ability to shape the EHS compliance culture

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, environmental engineering, public health, or equivalent from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in an EHS and crisis management & business continuity roles.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
