Key Account Executive

 

Responsible for implementing strategy for KA & MT channel development by analyzing sales data as a recommendation, developing toolbox as program guideline to be used by area team, and collaborating with respective team to ensure the process alignment. Develop and pull through potential partnership opportunities including managing Accounts, the overall commercial performance, and ensuring an appropriate level of support for respective Accounts as well as the identification of competitor and market activities.

 

As the Key Account Executive in the area of Key Accounts & Modern Trade, you will: 

 

Channel Development Analysis:

  • Research and design strategy for new potential channels (i.e. coworking space, cafe, airport, etc.) to distribute JTI Indonesia's products in the most effective way
  • Manage potential products in respective areas by analyzing and monitoring the inventory data
  • Analyze sales data to recommend, implement, and administer methods and procedures in Modern Trade to enhance the sales improvement of the Company

 

Program Strategy and Management:

  • Design and develop a toolbox to be used by the area team as program guidelines depend on each area's characteristics in order to enhance sales performance
  • Monitor and maintain the budget used in implementing MT programs through OPPLAN to ensure the expenses are within limited amount

 

Relationship Management:

  • Work closely with all Account Executives to build more effective communications to provide insight for the improvement of sales performance
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Manager/Modern Trade Head to have a financial review to ensure that the Budgeted Top-line and Profit Targets are achieved

 

Key Account Strategy Implementation:

  • Plan monitored, and implemented NKA and LKA initiatives and Trading Term Strategy to ensure maximum account performance and initiatives
  • Managing trade relationships, implementing Joint Business Plans through pre-define cycle plans, and also monitoring KPI achievement to ensure alignment and integrated activities
  • Consolidate Modern Trade Cycle Calendar and Planogram guidelines including evaluation of the implementation of the modern trade program
  • Provide quarterly reports to ensure that each key account has sufficient stock levels per SKU in every branch continuously
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in sales, trade channel management, distribution, and/or field trade marketing, preferably with a multinational Cigarette and FMCG Company
