People & Culture Associate
The purpose of this role is to execute and coordinate a variety of identified tasks & initiatives, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency within the team and its delivery on key P&C projects and services.
Position
As the People & Culture Associate you will:
- Execute all administrative tasks related to employment life cycle processes in a manner that ensures compliance with local and global requirements, as well as relevant legislation
- Administer the logistics associated with the rollout and the implementation of the local employee engagement initiatives
- Administer the logistics associated with the rollout and the implementation of the company’s Learning & Development programs
- Administer the induction program to ensure that new employees experience the company as an employer of choice during the onboarding and offboarding process
- Take full responsibility as SAP Requisitioner for all P&C-related activities, while providing support to other areas as needed
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in People & Culture environment
- Fluent English
- Curious to learn and develop
- Highly organized, driven, resilient and methodical approach
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders within the business both orally and in writing and able to utilize advanced systems & tools
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Works well under pressure and to set deadlines
- Attention to detail – ensures accurate delivery of information and collateral in a timely and effective manner
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong ethical standards and integrity, maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information
