REWARDS & EMPLOYEE SERVICES ASSOCIATE

 
Position Purpose: 

 

You will be responsible for providing front-line support to business units in all Rewards & Employee services-related aspects, mainly focusing on Payroll, employee life cycle processes, and legislations.

 

You also will be responsible for supporting the Rewards & Organizational Design Team in the preparation of budget data, employee data, records & reports within the range of scope.

 

This position will be based in İzmir, Torbali, and will be reporting to the Rewards & Organizational Design Manager.

  • Employee Services
  • Reporting & Recording
  • Payroll
  • Onboarding & Off Boarding
  • P&C Initiatives
  • Work closely with the Rewards Team on various P&C projects

 

 Who are we looking for – requirements:  

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
  • Advanced level of English knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge on MS Office; especially in Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to solve problems, understand internal customer needs & expectations, and offer possible solutions & tools with various levels across different functions and locations
  • Good knowledge of employee-related legislation
