People & Culture – Rewards & Employee Lifecycle Associate

 

 

 

 

What this position is about – Purpose:

 

The incumbent's overall responsibility is to provide front line support to business units in all Rewards & Employee Services related aspects, mainly focusing on Payroll, SGK (Social Security), employee lifecycle documentation, He/she will be is responsible for supporting Rewards & Organizational Design Team in preparation of budget data, employee data, records & reports within the range of area.

 

This position will be based in İzmir, Torbali and will be reporting to Rewards & Organizational Design Manager.

 

What will you do – Responsibilities

 

Employee Services

 

  • Provide comprehensive support to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to P&C policies, procedures, and programs
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to employee requests and concerns
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information

 

Reporting & Recording

 

  • Prepare and maintain accurate P&C records and reports
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Assist in the analysis and interpretation of P&C data to support decision-making

 

Payroll

 

  • Support the process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure seamless integration of payroll data, where necessary

 

Onboarding & Offboarding

 

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and processing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews, final pay, and retrieval of company property
  • Continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance the employee experience

 

People & Culture (P&C) Initiatives

 

  • Support and participate in P&C initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs and activities that promote a positive workplace culture
  • Collaborate with the P&C team to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Employee Services

 

                                                                                                                                

What are we looking for – Requirements:

 

  • Min. 5-7 yrs of Human Resources & People and Culture experience
  • Advanced level of written & spoken English
  • PC literacy (MS Office), Excellent knowledge of SAP, Power BI would be an asset
  • Ability to solve problems, understand internal customer needs & expectation and offer possible solutions & tools with various levels across different functions and locations
