Management Trainee (Yönetici Adayı)

Position Purpose: 

Within the Management Trainee Program, you will be supporting primarily the Engineering and Production Departments. The objective is to be fully equipped with production and engineering skills and to be assessed for further management roles.

What will you do – responsibilities: 

You will be learning all aspects of Engineering / Production Processes and will be trained, coached, and developed to be a potential resource for rotational assignments of the company. We will determine the projects that you will work on together with you and enable you to contribute to your strengths and interests You will have the opportunity to participate in a Mentoring program and global learning & development programs.

Who are we looking for – requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Good project management skills and structure when working on projects
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to analyze and make the right conclusions from complex data/ information
• Advanced level of English knowledge
• Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge
