Functional Development Specialist

 

Position purpose:

 

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of functional training courses and materials, the creation of e-learning programs and content, conversion of documents into digital and interactive formats. You will coordinate functional training sessions, including classroom, webinar, e-learning, and orientation. We will ask you to provide assistance to learners and Points of Contact. You will be responsible for training data maintenance and reporting, and systems administration.

 

What will you do – responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain and update the learning management system and functional training catalogue, incorporating new content for a modern and accessible format.
  • Update the functional training catalog in digital systems & tools.
  • Manage and update the list of internal trainers and Subject Matter Experts, liaising with GSC locations and functions for necessary updates.
  • Timely manage master data related to training programs and participants, including integration with SAP and generation of training reports for improvement insights.
  • Coordinate and schedule various types of training sessions, including classroom training, webinars, and e-learning modules, ensuring smooth and successful delivery.
  • Open training sessions, guide session administration, and facilitate webinars, classroom, and e-learning sessions.
  • Take ownership of planning and scheduling Functional Development training activities, coordinating with trainers and SMEs to develop effective materials.
  • Ensure follow-up of training results and feedback with trainees, trainers, and stakeholders; prepare reports on Functional trainings, programs, and other activities.
  • Suggest and implement improvements on training documents and materials based on feedback, business needs, trends, and available solutions.
  • Act as the digital learning expert and e-learning designer, developing creative and interactive virtual learning experiences.
  • Support other TFT projects and programs, such as GSC Orientation platform, GSC Live Q&A, Broadcasts, INNOVATE conference sessions, etc.
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

 

Who are we looking for – requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and Project Management.
  • E-learning design experience is an advantage.
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
  • Good proficiency in PowerBI and MS SharePoint.
  • High level of communication and analytical skills.
