Export Customer Service Associate

Position:

 

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving export orders from customers and preparing the loading plans accordingly                                              
  • Ensuring the shipment of the export customers' orders in the right time, in the right quality with the right quantity
  • Timely preparation of all error-free export documents concerning the finished/semi-finished goods and all other products to be exported
  • Preparing proper customs & customer documents with a high level customer service approach     

 

Requirements:
 

  • University Degree (B.Sc.) in BA, Economics, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalents
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Supply chain
  • Advanced level of English is a must
  • Project management skills
  • Advanced Software and System Skills (MS Office, SAP)
  • Customer service oriented profile
