Management Trainee (Yönetici Adayı) – Commercial Planning

 

 

 

Position Purpose

 

In this role, you will be trained, coached, and developed in HQ sales functions mainly in commercial planning; assuming to have bigger roles & responsibilities in line with his/her potential & performance.

The objective is to be fully equipped with trade marketing and sales skills and assess for further sales management roles.

 

The position will be reporting to Commercial Planning Manager and will be based in Istanbul/Izmir.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for supporting strategic planning and development activities of all sales field operations by conducting  detailed analysis
  • Works closely with Sales & Marketing Teams to support communication and tracking of Cycle plans
  • Responsible for supporting trade insight generation process sourced by internal DSD data  and outlet-based objective building
  • Responsible for involvement in building necessary dashboards with a systematic and user-friendly approach
  • Responsible for supporting technical business development projects by performing necessary tests, giving feedback to related parties accordingly         

                                                         

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration department or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in FMCG sector, preferably in Trade Marketing / Sales
  • Advanced level of English is a must
  • Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge
  • Military service completed for male candidates
