Special Channels Activation Coordinator
The Special Channel Activation Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing activations, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting brand strategy within the Marketing Department.
This role bridges the gap between the field team and management by overseeing project execution, budget tracking, contract management, and vendor coordination. Collecting market insights, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards, the coordinator helps optimize marketing efforts.
The position will be based in Istanbul and will be reporting to Special Channels Activation Manager within Marketing Department.
Position:
As the Special Channels Activation Coordinator, you will be also responsible for:
Field Execution & Coordination:
- Support the Special Channel and Activation Manager in aligning with brand goals
- Work with the field team and vendors to implement plans on time and within budget
- Ensure marketing activations follow brand and legal guidelines
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track progress and optimize implementations
- Manage the yearly budget efficiently to meet goals
- Gather field feedback, monitor market trends
Administrative & Contract Management:
- Handle SAP entries and invoices
- Maintain documentation, contracts, and agreements for clients
- Update databases and records
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to enhance field execution using data-driven insights
Prioritization & Deadline Management:
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks based on business needs, and ensure timely execution
Requirements:
- University Degree (Bachelors/Masters)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English with native Turkish proficiency
- Advanced level of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Discipline and a high sense of responsibility
- Well-organized and comfortable with multi-tasking and setting own priorities
