Reporting to: Territory Development Leader



WHAT WILL YOU DO:

 

  • Promote and sell JTI products while maintaining relationships with wholesale accounts.
  • Drive distribution levels and market share within the territory.
  • Collaborate with Territory Development Leader and Area Sales Manager to manage trade relationships and monitor KPI achievement.
  • Work with the Territory Consumer Lead and Modern Trade Team to execute trade programs and acquire new consumers.
  • Achieve target outlet coverage, SKU offtake, distribution, call efficiency, and merchandising standards.

 

YOU ARE:

 

  • Preferably college graduate or vocational graduate. High School graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the FMCG environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for achieving both individual and team objectives.
  • Strong desire and ability to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks and willing to work hard.
  • Pre-selling experience is an advantage.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
  • Must hold a Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code 123 or ABC.
