Logistics Associate


The incumbent shall be responsible for supporting the logistics subfunction by ensuring continuous and smooth supply of quality finished goods. The role involves interaction with GSC, Marketing, R&D and Sales, by prodviding clear view on products availability, optimum orders volume / timing and enabling order processing by maintaining the system updated.

What will you do?


  • Ensure timely and accurate update of Customer & Products master data and credit reports, in addition to constant follow up with key stakeholders.
  • Support financial cycles & other regulatory driven reporting processes based on portfolio & volume collection.
  • Collect necessary data (related to Sales/ Operations) using various sources in order to consolidate required information in a user friendly database/ reports and ensure optimum finished good orders volume / timeline. Provide corrective actions if needs be.
  • Handle purchase orders as well as good receipts booking, in addition to monitoring planned budget.
  • Perform other sales support tasks as required, in addition to ERP testing activities, as applicable. 

Who are we looking for?


  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain/ Finance.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company.
  • Fluent in English. Cantonese and Mandarin language proficiency is required.
  • Knowledge in ERP (SAP) is required
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Ability to acquire new software & basics in MS Access and / or other BI tools a plus
