What is this position about?

You will support the logistics subfunction by ensuring continuous and smooth supply of quality finished goods The role involves interaction with GSC, Marketing, R&D and Sales, by prodviding clear view on products availability, optimum orders volume / timing and enabling order processing by maintaining the system updated.

What will you do?

• Handle import shipment from various countries.

• Sales order processing and arrange export shipment to Macau and China.

• Handle inventory transfer to local sales agent.

• Import and Export Declaration.

• Coordinate with warehouse to arrange product storage and product release.

• Coordinate with government, shipping company, customers, GBS for order arrangement.

• Arrange invoice settlement to various trade partners.

• Arrange tax payment to government for inventory of HK market.

• Arrange sample drawing from warehouse for testing.

• Month end inventory report verification.

• Other Ad Hoc projects.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 1 year experience in logistics field.

• Knowledge in SAP is preferable.

• Knowledge in using Tradelink is preferable.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

• Good communication skills - fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

• Able to spot out problem and settle problems.

• Able to work under stress.

• Detail-oriented.
