What this position is about - Purpose:
You will be supporting the implementation of consumer and trade activations primarily for Hong Kong and Macau markets, supplementary for China on task-based assignments. Devoted in data analysis (e.g. sell-in/offtake, research, trade digital portal, etc.) to report program’s KPIs; generate insights and recommendations to improve program’s performance. Enhance execution excellence on merchandising, POSM, budget control and internal process compliance.


What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the assigned activation campaign, collaborate with stakeholders including brand marketing, SIBI, sales, agencies, etc. to deploy the campaign on time. Develop POS materials with accordance to brand and legal guidelines; follow through the process from material production to installation; detail-minded budget management to achieve accurate forecast.
  • Collect relevant data from multiple sources and independently generate analysis on program effectiveness against pre-defined KPIs and ROI. Regular sharing of program review with identified insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Enhance merchandising quality by developing guidelines and tools; collaborate with field force to secure compliance of merchandising standard.
  • Digital trade platform content management and maintenance. Work with multiple parties on function upgrade.
  • Handling administrative marketing processes such as procurement, tools maintenance request, ad-hoc operational needs, etc.


Who are we looking for? Requirements:

  • University Degree (preferably Business or Marketing)
  • 2-4 years experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing
  • Computer skills: Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), PBI an advantage
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) & Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
  • Highly analytical mind with genuine business curiosity
  • Always respect deadlines & commitments
  • Good PPT drafting and presenting skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Open-minded, curious, willing to learn
  • Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
