WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Digital Strategy:
- Demonstrate a strategic mindset in aligning the role of the Digital platforms that he/she will manage (which include but are not limited to: web-based, QR code system, mobile apps, data management platforms) to achieve long-term business objectives.
- Must be able to make critical decisions and recommendations based on digital experience and expertise as well as an understanding of trade and customer behavior and our brands to ensure a frictionless customer journey combining offline engagement and digital ecosystem. Must display an innovative mindset to keep update of the latest trends and technologies to ensure best-in-class digital executions.
Digital Survey Ecosystem Management:
- Help develop JTI Brand's Digital Survey Ecosystem - including but not limit to QR code system (on packaging and in-store POSM), database management & SMS system in coordination with internal IT teams (region and local) as well as external suppliers.
- Liaise with brand team to launch and maintain digital survey, and ensuring all systems are integrated - data collection, online engagement, survey communication (SMS, push notifications, etc.).
- Must be able to set and enforce crucial milestones and pay attention to detail to ensure quality and timely output.
- Ensure maintenance of all platform by continuous optimization for maximum engagement, enhanced user experience, and brand conversion.
Trade Digital Ecosystem Management:
- In collaboration with Sales and Field Marketing (as business users) and other supporting functions, lead development and roll out of Trade App (Connexus global platform), Online Ordering System and Digitalized Offtake Program from concept, assessment to development process, testing, problem/bug fixing, training to field team and gathering feedback.
- Develop working process for day-to-day system operation and manage all platform as general admin (after deployment): update product & brand content (in collaboration with Brand), set up communication, push notification, data gathering for retargeting, adding other functions as needed (special reward, geo-targeting, etc.) to maximize platform usage as an engagement channel.
Stakeholder & Agency Management:
- Experience in sourcing and managing technical vendors or agencies, as well as internal IT teams in ensuring timeliness in meeting milestones and deliverables. Be able to quality check team's output and continuously optimize for end-user experience and performance.
Field visit and Review of Competitor's Digital Initiatives:
- Conduct bi-weekly field visits, audit & training sessions, to ensure (1) deep understanding of customer and trade behavior and effectiveness of digital platforms, (2) full implementation and speedy adaptation of digital platforms on-field and (3) competitor's digital initiatives.
Budget management & Ad-hoc projects:
- Responsible for budget planning and consolidate spending plan which is given for Digital initiatives and continuously update YTD Actual records versus spending plan to ensure the best possible use of given budget.
- Ad hoc projects: research, analysis or training/ workshop
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- 4-5 year experience of working in fast moving customer goods within E-Commerce role or Digital function; or in account/project management in digital agency for major FMCG clients
- Experience in tobacco industry or dark market is an advantage
- Has demonstrated strategic understanding, planning, and decision-making skills to maximize the digital platform to deliver business objectives
- Versed in how data and digital platforms drive the customer journey and experience across channels
- Have proven ability to manage complex projects and market requirements, meet and enforce deadlines, and pay attention to detail in planning and execution
- Proven track record in IT project management with knowledge of data management platforms setup
- Performance and analytical mindset (metrics, KPIs and measurement frameworks)
- Have proven ability to work within a technical environment (translating and aligning business objectives, to strategic digital marketing plans, and to technical requirements)
- Experienced in managing external vendors, local and international cross-functional teams, and own reports to meet business goals
- Have excellent communications skills: written and verbal
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner that enable effective discussion and decision-making by stakeholders.
- High proficiency of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI (nice to have).
