Job Description:

1. Recruitment:
o Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies at the company including sourcing, phone interview, face-to-face interview(s) and offer delivery to candidates.
o Manage the recruitment assessment center with different types of assessments to support the hiring decision and employee development.
o Manage headhunter including contracts and engagement.
2. Learning & Development: 
o Manage Learning & Development process and systems including the training catalogue, tracking and reports.
o Manage the operations and execution of training activities for the whole company.
o Owner of the Orientation program for new hires.
3. Employer Branding:
o Be the key contact points of some strategic universities: RMIT, FTU, IU…
o Be the project owner in driving employer branding activities to increase visibility of JTI Vietnam, enhance the company's EVP (Employer Value Positioning) in the market and expand the reach to more potential candidates using JTI Global concept including but not limit to University's Job Fair, Career Expo and other relevant programs.
o Manage all hiring channels to ensure the branding and the efficiency of candidates sourcing.
4. Employee Engagement:
o Lead the Culture Team to organize company-wide activities and events for enhancing the level of engagement and bonding among employees.

5. Others
o Part of project team for regional projects.
o Provide ad-hoc support if necessary.


Job requirements:

o At least 1-2 years of related experience (preferably in recruitment) in multinational company.
o Recruitment & Interview Skills.
o Business and customer-oriented mindset.
o Ability to multi-task with good time management skills.
o Creativity and good organizing & planning skills
o Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
o PC Literate – at least intermediate level MS Office.
