WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?

 

HR Business Partnering

  • Act as HR business partner for partnering functions and distributors; partner with management team to deliver the people agenda and build a sustainable & capable organization in support of business objectives
  • Lead analysis and consult on workforce planning in line with target operating model and business operational requirements
  • Lead people cost planning in partnership with functional leaders and Finance team to ensure cost efficiency
  • Partner with managers to drive best practices in talent management – including performance management, engagement, retention and development of talents
  • Monitor recruitment activities through Center of Excellence team to ensure right people placement
  • Manage employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances and others; ensure awareness and full compliance with Corporate/ HR policies and labor regulations

 

Center of Excellence

  • Lead annual people processes including performance management, talent review and succession planning in collaboration with Corporate HR function
  • Be a champion of our culture, working closely with management team to drive and shape the company culture, value and practice as well as implement activities to help the organization understand and live our culture/ values
  • Conducts annual Employee Engagement Survey (EES) at company wide in accordance with global guidance/ timeline, performs results analysis and proposes action plan accordingly
  • Manage global and local recognition programs in line with corporate guideline and management's direction
  • Manage employee wellness program, including developing communication strategies, tracking program effectiveness and ensure the program is integrated with other initiatives and aligned with the company's overall priority on wellbeing strategy

 

Other

  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • An experienced HR professional with at least 8 years of hands-on experience across a comprehensive range of human resources functions, preferably with a past experience in HRBP and recruitment roles
  • Good command of English
  • Interviewing and selection skill
  • Business and customer oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Analytical abilities and critical thinking
  • Project management skill
  • Strategic thinking
  • Knowledge of Compensations and Benefits and Labour Laws
  • PC Literate – at least intermediate level MS Office
