1. Talent Management & Organization Development

- Manage the core Talent Management processes on a yearly basis including Performance Appraisal, Talent Review and Succession Planning.

- Manage workforce planning and talent pipeline programs to ensure a ready pool of right talents for long term needs.

- Consult and support business leaders with solutions related to people and structure for the effectiveness and productivity.

2. Employee Engagement

- Responsible for periodical Employee Engagement Survey for all employees with deep-dive analysis and action plan.

- Responsible for building and deploying the Employee Engagement roadmap annually in partnership with Corporate Affairs & Communications department.

- Manage local recognition programs in line with corporate guideline.

- Conduct Exit interviews with reports, analysis and action plan.

- Closely interacting with employees and management team to detect any personnel related issues and solve the problems.

3. Learning & Development

- Conduct the Training Needs Analysis on a yearly basis to design the Learning & Development (L&D) roadmap for the company.

- Collaborate with Regional L&D team to deploy corporate L&D programs for the country.

- Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver the Orientation program for new hires

4. Compensation & Benefits

- Responsible for the Annual Salary Review process for the whole company.

- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function to develop and review the Paylines for the company to ensure market competitiveness.

- Support C&B function to participate in the annual Salary & Benefits survey by Mercer.

5. Other

Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.




  • University graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of related experience in multinational company
  • Good command of English
  • Business and customer oriented mindset
  • Good communication both verbally and in written
  • Analytical skill
  • Project management skill
  • Able to network effectively and build constructive working relationships across the company
  • Strategic thinking
  • Basic knowledge of Compensations and Benefits and Labour Laws
  • PC Literate – at least intermediate level MS Office
