Flavor Support Specialist

What this position is about - Purpose:

R&D Flavor Gostkow is newly established to increase agility for speed to market, to address emergency in time, to continue business in case of Japan crisis (BCP), and to secure/develop employees with global business skills. The position exists to support to implement developed flavor and flavor materials into tobacco or flavor factory (i.e. EFH) via software (e.g.excel,SAP) The incumbent is responsible for supporting flavor development and team management

Position:

As the Flavor Support Specialist in the R&D Flavor department you will:

• Support activities to develop flavor and flavor operation in terms of recipe and specification implementation into factories via communication with relevant departments (R&D,GSC,QA,SRA,GP etc.)
• Support smooth transition from flavor development to consequent recipe and specification implementation whilst considering flavor availability and productability at EFH in conjunction with relevant teams in GSC and QA
• Support activities related to GSC and QA.(e.g.QUIP, factory support, QMS) 
• Manage flavor sample and goods for flavor development via SAP (i.e purchasing, custom clearance, stock control, chemical management)
• Support to perform projects and administration (e.g. BCP, Regulatory compliance, EHS) in a timely fashion        

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

• Master degree in engineering 
• Experience in similar position
• English language for effective verbal and written communication (min. B2)
• Very good knowledge of PC literacy (MS Office) and ERP system (SAP preffered)
