Production Preparation Specialist (OTP)

What this position is about - Purpose: 

Provides administrative support for shopfloor processes. Supports with Budgeting process and ISO/ARCI and other production Processes.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Budget controlling and supporting manager with ASP and Outlooks' budgeting process

• Managing new end labels introductions; testing of end labels templates and bitmaps directly on the machines in order to ensure free of faults printing

• Creating reports and production orders control - Process Control Card, Tools rotation, Brand change scan, Production orders closing

• Managing shopfloor daily control documentation, distribution and archivisation of: tipping forms, cleaning check lists, instructions, one point lessons

• Ordering non production related materials (for ex. glue, cleaning supplies)

• Supporting improvement projects and activities; Order Operators tools if missing

• Handling local production ISO System; reviewing and updating ISO documentation and procedures

• Tracking CBN related KPIs on Shopfloor and their progress, preparing reports, update infoboards

• Supporting improvement projects and activities

Who are we looking for -  Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably technical)

• Technical experience and KAIZEN introduction in a production site would be an advantage

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Knowledge of Track & Trace and MOM system will be considered a plus

• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
