Quality Standard & Compliance Expert

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Global QMS framework activities and define Local QMS with strong focus on FDA (PMTA processes)
  • Manage QMS revision, drive revision process together with all factory process stakeholders
  • Sustain and continuously improve overall QMS framework in alignment with relevant QA teams.
  • Coordinate ISO9K certification-related activities.
  • Ensure proper deployment and knowledge within local organization through Training & Best Practice Sharing.
  • Drive implementation of improvement activities through CAPA process throughout the organization
  • Facilitate the Annual Management Review, internal audits and external audits

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree in a scientific or technical field, e.g. chemical, physical, or environmental engineering or food technology
  • Standards implementation and governance of Local & Global systems – implementation, coordination, and administration of standards: Integrated Management System: ISO 9001:2015 and any ISO quality related standards (e.g. 10001:2004; ISO 10002:2005); BRC & IFS; GMP – HACCP and FDA (PMTA processes)
  • Working in highly regulated environments and managing applicable regulation into practice.
  • Highly expose to auditing processes and moreover to external auditing practices of authorities / regulators and several certification bodies.
  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management

  • Excellent knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Management
  • Integrative personality with a distinctive ability to communicate and work in a diversified environment
  • Sovereignty when dealing with internal and external partners
  • Organizational skills, flexibility and creativity
  • Reliability and confidentiality
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data analysis techniques & statistics
  • Profound project management skills as well as excellent PC skills (MS Office) including experience in SAP R/3
  • Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken
